○ The artist (omechito) reserves the right to decline any commission request
○ The artist will create original character artwork as requested by the client
○ The artist reserves the right to display commissioned artwork in their public portfolio and on social media (Tumblr, Bluesky, etc.) unless otherwise requested.
○ Full payment is required before work begins
○ All commissions are for personal use only
○ Cancellations are only accepted before work begins.
○ No cancellations or refunds once the sketching process has started
○ One sketch will be provided for review
○ Revisions are limited to the sketch stage only
○ Minor corrections (like colors or patterns) after approval can be requested, but major changes are not allowed.
○ The final artwork will be completed after sketch approval and hi-resolution files will be provided
○ Signature and/or watermark cannot be removed under any circumstances
○ The finished artwork cannot be used for AI, NFTs, crypto, blockchain or similar projects
○ Sharing the finished commission publicly is allowed as long as the artist (omechito) is credited
○ For commercial use or commercial licensing (streaming, advertisement, etc.), please contact me before commissioning
○ By commissioning, the client agrees to these terms
